Does anyone have this for a SN child who is a runner? I may get one with my new ICAP but I have to find it first. I have seen a few but I need it to use a satellite like our garmins do.

I have an avalanche peeps that seems like a great idea but it is too big for our DS.

Anyone have any ideas?

Ok, Let me try again.

On our avalanche beacons they send out a constant signal once turned on. We wear them across our chest and clip with a waist belt. Too much for our DS.

When a person is in a avalanche or lost the search party turns their beacons to receive and can locate the missing person.

If this were made in a small version for DS I could find him when he runs or hides on our 40 acre property. He can even hide in the hay barn and I can't find him.

Am I dreaming for something that it not out there? I can't find it yet, can you help please?

Is this the sort of thing you're looking for? If so, I'm sure there's loads out there if you run a similar search through, this was just one of the first ones I stumbled across that seemed to have a fair bit of information on it.
