Well, thank you very much for the offer of help and for being one of my new friends along with Pink. Awesome, totally awesome!!!

As you may have noticed there is a lad named Garizle who has agreed to take my offer. He is a friend of my son Goofy_Bob. The problem is; like his posts above say, he has been banned. I am waiting a while, patiently, to allow for him to get unbanned in the near future. Goofy is going to let me know when he is. So we shall see how that pans out.

In regards to your help offer, well... I now have two CLs as my friends. Do you know a CL named CL_Disfaniam? She is a friend I made through my son, also, around July/August '06. I am a bit torn now...but, I will survive :eek: (eek), LOL. Of course, I will be more than happy to have your help when the trade is made if you are available (or hers :confused3 LOL, again. The latest info I have is that Garizle will be off the ban this weekend or early next week.

I'm not sure.. was this a joke? I saw nothing in Space Grumpy's post that looked like code for "I'm about to cheat you". It seemed like a straight forward, honest post to me. And he's the dad of Goofy Bob, someone who I respect and know to be honest. That alone makes me trust him.

This is too much for a stitch hat. You could probably get a stitch hat and a full sparrow. You could definitely get an inferno for this. But good luck.

Perhaps you aren't getting any more offers for a stitch hat because it seems that the offer is too good to be true. I have no idea what stitch, inferno, or sparrow are worth, but there have been several people on the thread that have said that it it too much stuff for just a stitch hat. Even the person that accepted questioned that is was just for one stitch hat. So maybe people are going by what we are all told-if it seems to good to be true, it probably is, so steer clear of it. Maybe you should retitle your offer as one for sparrow or inferno and see if you get a bite, and if you don't, then go for stitch later. Again, not knowing, but by what I've been reading here, stitch is not worth as much as sparrow or inferno, so if you've been advised that your offer is good enough for sparrow or inferno, why waste it on stitch? You can always come back to stitch hat later. I didn't understand the comment about something in your post allluding to cheating, but maybe this is what that person was talking about-in his opinion, the offer was too ridiculously high to be real. Good luck on your quest! Someday I will get to that point in VMK where I can make an offer for stitch!
