Use year and borrowing question

I have an August use year. I am considering using points for a cruise in Oct 2002. I have 107 points in 2001(that I plan on banking). I will get 150 points in Aug.
Will I be able to borrow from 2003?
I will not have enough points for the category we want if this cant be done.
I know that experts will know the answer to this...

Yes because your cruise date is in your August 2002 use year. So you can use banked points from 2001, current 2002 and borrowed 2003.

That is great news. Now I just have to decide if I want to pay cash for my daughter or use all my points.

Another question... If they run the Fall Fantasy again this year, will they rebate points back and if so, to what use year??

Yes, any rebated points would be returned to the current use year. You would want to return ONLY current points (which could then be banked) since borrowed points could not be returned to their original use year.
