Due to the overwhelming posts on DIS regarding the current discount code and seemingly random responses when people call the Central Reservation Office of Disney, a group of specialists and detectives descended upon the Disney call centers to find out exactly what goes on when someone calls in for a reservation.

The friendly CM asks for your name, address and telephone number. This is verified against a large database of past, current, and future Disney fanatics. Then, the CM access a special system to retrieve the discount.

A top secret photo of this special system was taken and now displayed here for the first time in public -
