I just thought I'd post this as I haven't seen it mentioned. I got a card in the mail from DVC today. Beginning in March, new buyers will be required to purchase a minimum of 160 points to buy-in, rather than the current 150. It also said that SSR would increase to $104 per point, but did not mention AKV...
