Booking the cruise

I know I can book the cruise at the 11 month mark. But when is the 11 month mark? 11 months from the last day of the cruise? Or do I book in Dec for Nov cruise?

For the cruise, it's 11 months from the 1st day of your cruise.

I just booked a cruise on Monday. You book from the 1st day of the cruise, 11 months out. For example, we are cruising on Nov. 10, 2002, so I called to reserve it on Dec. 10, 2001. I'm pretty sure that when you are reserving at a DVC resort, your 11 month mark is on the day you check out.
