No apology necessary. I came in at the last minute and offered to add my little part to the opening ceremony. I didn't have to prepare for a year. I just showed up. My point in replying to your original post was that there was even more behind the scenes planning than people imagined. I never dreamed that volunteering to participate would add to Linda's task, but it did. And I just wanted to make sure that people knew about her efforts on my behalf. I literally begged Linda to be allowed to participate in any way that I could. Thanks CC for the recognition.
