How were they? Did the lines go quickly? Did you get your car quickly?

Budget has been hit or miss as far as customer service.
we've rented from them on the past 3 or 4 trips.

the lines aren't very long, but they often seem short staffed.
maybe 15-20 minutes wait usually.

we'll be renting from them again next week, so we'll see how that goes...
btw, their Fastbreak program is pretty useless... :( not much faster than being a regular customer.

hey i'm back. :bounce:

Budget was pretty good this time. the Fastbreak line was actually worth getting into.
it took a whole 5 minutes to get our car. there were 6 or 7 parties in the regular line and 3 parties in front of us in the Fastbreak line.

they did have very limited availability. we arrived on wednesday night. and their lot was empty. they tried to upgrade us to a huge SUV, but we just wanted our mid-size car, since it's just the 2 of us. so we got stuck with a Contour. eh. whatever.

returning did require a wait, as they only had one person in the lot taking returns. she had to check 3 cars in front of us before it was our turn. maybe a 10 minute wait.

anyway, HTH!

It wasn't recently, but it was this year, we used Budget and had a very good experience with them. We got a really great deal on a KIA Sportage, had great customer service and a short wait when we picked up the car and an extremely smooth check out when we returned the car.
