I'm going to move this over to Disney with Families for you. I think they will be able to answer you better there. :) Congratulations.

Hi Sabo,
I was in the same situation as you last year (not twins, though -- a singleton. William was born healthy & happy four months ago). You can actually ride a lot of things, but nothing that involves great speed or drops, or motion sims. Avoid:
MK - Space Mtn, Spash Mtn, Big Thunder Mtn, Mad Hatter's Tea Party, Tomorrowland Speedway
Epcot - Test Track, Body Wars
AK - Dinosaur, Kali River Rapids
MGM - Rock 'n' Roller Coaster, Tower of Terror, Star Tours
All of these have warning signs in the queue areas.
Other tips: stay well hydrated, carry healthy snacks with you (I carried a little package of dried fruit with me at all times, because I'd be feeling fine and then without warning I HAD TO EAT, IMMEDIATELY!) and rest frequently. Don't overdo it. Have fun, and best wishes -- this is such an exciting time!!

Ask your doctor what s/he thinks. S/He may say, "Nothing that jars" or s/he may say, "you are doing fine. I don't see why you shouldn't be able to do anything that you are comfortable with." Let your belly help you decide. There are some rides that the safety bars hit low and you may be uncomfortable with riding. I've seen some very pregnant women riding BTMRR and Splash Mt.
Have fun

please be aware that it is not simply a matter of what is physically comfortable for you to ride. At this stage of your pregnancy, you will likely TECHNICALLY be able to ride most rides (i.e. the safety bar will not yet be putting pressure on your belly). HOWEVER, in the early stage of pregnancy, there is the chance that the placenta can tear away from the wall of the uterus. This can happen on any rides that involve any sort of high-speed drop or spinning (like on the Teacup ride). Talk to your doctor -- I did -- and she advised that to be on the safe side, don't do any rides that the signs say pregnant women should not do. You COULD ride and nothing will happen ... but do you want to take the chance? In addition, a multiple-birth pregnancy is more high-risk than a single birth to begin with, so I'd advise you to play it safe. And have fun!
