View Full Version : Mypoints holiday double points crediting problem

So back in December when the double points was running, I joined netflix but now mypoints is crediting 1000 pts rather than 2000. I contacted them and they said the December promotion was now over (of course, duh, but I joined netflix on 12/11) and therefore entitled to 1000 pts. only.

I'm annoyed and this is the only program I still do so I'm thinking of just cashing out and quitting but I really want that extra 1000. Any suggestions?

IF you have your confrmation letter from Netflix showing your join date, copy and paste it into an email tothem,click on the points you got an it should open a trouble window. I did that for Caf Bel Mondo when I hadn't gotten what ever Iwas supposed to get and they credited immediatly.

Good luck with them. I tried over and over to call them on the phone and never could get to a real person. Always answered my emails to tell me sorry can't credit you, blah blah run around.

Now I just do clicks from them and small point sign ups. I'll never do an offer and expect them to actually do what they promise again. It was beyond frustrating.

Also it was for joining Netflex by the way and yes they got my confirmation. They never ever did credit me anything. Scream! See i'm stuff frustrated with them! :rotfl2:

A few days ago I joined Blockbuster through Quick rewards by the next morning the $ was in my account. You just can't beat that! I'm sticking with the unfrustrating rewards site! :rolleyes1
