I have a Panasonic Lumix FZ7. I'm a total amateur at photography, but I love the way my pics come out. The only thing I'm still fighting with is taking nighttime shots. Unless I'm taking fireworks shots in fireworks mode, I have a hard time getting lights that aren't blurred.
Any tips?

You need a tripod. Even if it is just a small tabletop version, it is better than handheld. There are many flat places at WDW to use a tabletop one. They are also pretty cheap. A full size one is better, but might be a pain carrying around.
It is because the camera must keep the shutter open long enough to capture the shot and your hand moves in that amount of itme. Also, using a two second delay on the shot helps because just pressing the shutter button might cause enough blur to ruin the shot.

It can't be emphasized enough - you simply need some sort of support system if you want good nighttime photos without flash (and at Disney, flash generally doesn't work very well because you're far away from the things you're trying to photograph at night, like the castle, etc.)
OK, you don't NEED one if you have steady hands like a gunslinger. But for the rest of us, you need something. Since you have a PnS, you can probably get by with a cheap tabletop tripod (though they're hardly ideal) or the smallest-size Gorillapod or a Clamperpod (you'll want a ball head to go with it). Some people even like to use small beanbags, there are even ones specifically designed for photography.
