Travel to Disneyland from LA

I am traveling to LA on business Feb. 13. I am planning on arriving in LA early that morning and going directly to my hotel (Comfort Inn of LA) when I get off the plane. After an early check int I want to go to Disneyland for the day. I will not have access to a rental car while I am there. I am a die hard WDW fan and I would love to get to see Disneyland. Is there some type of public transit or another method of transportation that I could use to get to Disneyland for the day? I believe my hotel is about 20 miles from Disneyland. Please advise!

Have you inquired with Super Shuttle? I know they will pick up from LAX? How are you getting to your hotel? Maybe you can get back to LAX and take Supershuttle there.

My company will pay for a cab from LAX to my hotel but I'm sure they will not pay for a cab to go back there in the same day. Are the cab rides expensive in LA?

Are you at the Comfort Inn in Downtown Los Angeles? There is a metro rail that goes from Union Station to either the Fullerton or the Anaheim train stations - both are fairly close to Disneyland, and there is a bus that goes from the Fullerton Station along Harbor Blvd that could drop you off near Disneyland.
