There are at Magic Kingdom, at the Ticket and Transportation Center. At the other parks they are just inside the gate.

I think there are. I'm pretty sure there's one at the Magic Kingdom to the right of Guest Services outside the park; at either MGM (I think), it's to the left while you're waiting to get in... somebody with park maps handy will be able to give you definite answers.

Epcot also has outside restrooms........towards the resort buses.

At MK, once you're through the main gates but waiting for the rope drop, on mornings when they don't open Main Street before official opening, there aren't bathrooms. Learned that the uncomfortable way.

Inside the parks, are the restrooms plentiful ? My wife is pregnant and will be drinking lots of water ;)

For the most part yes. First thing you should do is grab a map on the way in and circle all the restrooms so you know where to go in time of need.

They have really nice ones at Gust services also for families including changing areas and feeding areas.

Also at the international gateway entrance to Epcot.

How abount baby changing facilities in each bathroom? I know they have a special baby spot, but waht about just the one changer thing on the walls? Do they have them in each bathroom?
