The husband wants to wait until Spring. He is worried about his job. He's been at the same company for 17 years and they've had troubles the last few years, and he thinks we need to wait until Spring and "rehash" the whole thing.

I want to jump - NOW because I know we'll be happy no matter what. But I guess I have to listen to him. :(

Let me say one thing though -- Jackie A at "atimeshare.com" is just incredible! She even told me if my husband isn't really "ready" then DONT push him! I was very surprised to hear a "salesperson" tell me that! I respect her with the highest respect possible and I'll go back to her if I ever do this again.

If anything changes I'll let ya'll know and in the meantime I'll contniue to visit here. Thanks!

Good luck. Hopefully things will look better in the spring.

Kind Regards

Not to worry. You can still enjoy WDW without being a DVC member; in fact, staying off-site can be quite economical. Here's hoping that you'll have the opportunity to join at a later time. I would concur with your comments about Jackie A.; I always found her to be a standup gal; we bought two resales with her help.

Good Luck,

You could always plan a trip by renting points from a DVC member, to enjoy the resort you would like to test out....

You both have to be comfortable with the decision. Resales will always be there and who knows the prices may be better in the spring.
As for Jaki ***** at A Timeshare Broker I can't say enough about the service she gave us. She is very low key, not pushy and works well with both her buyers and sellers. She moves the paper work through the system in a prompt fashion and keeps you informed all along the way. We ended up saving about $ 3000 on our resale so we where very happy with that as well.
