good morning all -- how is everyone? i must say i feel like i have just blown off a week. yet again I awake saying TODAY is my day to REALLY seriously start. i have not been consistent since returning from WDW and i realized had i been i could've had 3 or so pounds off already. darn. ok - just watched YOU on a Diet, Dr. Oz and that is motivating. I did get a 4 mile walk yesterday so still on my exercise plan. need to get back in my eating plan :rolleyes1

it's snowing here -- DH just left for a business trip so that mean i get to shovel :headache: oh well it'll burn some calories! anyone else in this wintry storm?

Week 2 and I am still here! That is an accomplishment for me these days! I am going to try to really stick with it this week since next week we will be on the Magic!!!

Hi ladies! I would like to join the Easter challenge...I even added lil' piglet to my signature to keep me accountable!

I had been doing really well with what I was eating and going to the gym walking on the treadmill 2-3 evenings a week up until the holidays hit. Now I have totally gone downhill!! We are going to WDW on March 31 so I have to get back on track because I know how disappointed I will be in myself if I don't.

I'm also pretty new to this board, have been a lurker and just started posting so I look forward to getting to know you all!

My goal is 15 pounds.

I'm with you ohMom, another week gone and I'm still not in the groove. I start my day out well with good intentions, start getting my water in then life happens and I just haven't been using my self control the way I need to.

I am going to commit to getting my water in tomorrow, I WILL write down everything that goes in my mouth tomorrow and I will use self control tomorrow.

Maybe something is going on with the moons because I can't get with it either. I have good intentions and I get so peeved with myself, but all I seem to want to do lately is eat. I know TOM is right around the corner, but I just feel like I am not satisying myself when I eat! YIKES!:scared1: I don't look forward to weigh in on Tuesday, that is for sure.

I'm going to jump in here and join the club. I've been out of control this weekend, and haven't gotten into the usual new years motivation yet.
Tiggerlover- I just said on the ww thread that maybe the stars and moon were crossed, giving out bad eating vibes. Wish I could blame something other than myself.
Hang in there everyone. Maybe this is the week we all get back on track.

I've been pretty good all week. I've been counting my weight watcher points religiously. I haven't gone off track at all and I am still weighing in a pound heavier than last week. Probably too much salt is all I can figure. I'm not going to let it get to me though. I am going to try and squeeze some exercising into my hell week I have coming up. Hope everyone else starts the week on the right track. :cool1:

I would like to join. My goal would be 10 by Easter. I need to be accountable to someone. I've been exercising by my eating has been awful. Like, ohMom-TammyNC-tiggerlover, I wake and say this is the day to get back on track...just doesn't happen. I need that day to be today.

ok, here we are -- monday morning -- no school for us due to snow and ice. actually i'm good with that -- tucked in the house with my to-do list and back in my jammies after a workout :upsidedow

i'm glad i'm not the only one struggling here -- well not glad for those of us struggling but glad to have a posse. Tammy, Debbie (tiggerlover), and Kathy (mikamah) -- I challenge you to report in with me tonight on your day?? for me that is journaling and water. back to the basics --- we'll take it day by day. let's rally up!

back track -- :welcome: ohiomom and hey, we have the same username! LOL :goodvibes i just abbreviated, then forgot to capitalize and now confuses folks. i have been asked if i'm "ohhhhhh..MOM" from my sarcastic kids. well that could apply too :rolleyes1 but anyhoo glad you came out of lurkdom and have joined us. are you snowed in today too?

mousemgr -- you are WORKING your plan, your plans works just hang in there. truthfully what is a pound? fluctuation that is it  if you are staying on track and following your plan, it will work and you will see results. you are my INSPIRATION today! :thanks:

and another :welcome: to believe -- glad you are joining too! :thumbsup2 if you are gung-ho feel free to join in my 'BE ACCOUNTABLE TODAY' mini-challenge i mentioned early. we can do this!!

well i also joined a flylady type challenge in the creative community and i have LOTS to do today to meet my January goals this month -- and two spots in a scrapbooking swap. so off i go for today. i'll check back tonight with my progress report :goodvibes

I'll join your challenge OhMom, we're all in this together!! I feel like I blew off my first w/e too! I'm really sticking to my biggest downfall...no eating after 7pm. Between 6:30 and 7:00 pm I try to have a grapefruit to hold me over and then that's it. Sitting down at the TV it's habit to grab a diet soda and a bag of something...no more. I'm off to work at 11 -2 then to the gym for at least an hour. I'm doing the gym M-F taking the weekends off because they're too hectic. I drive limousine, and the w/e are NUTS!!! Good luck everyone this week, and OhMom and the rest of you joining the challenge, I'll talk to you tonight. Kathy

Hi all!!!!!!!

I decided to start tracking my daily points again(I've been guestimating:scared1: for the last few weeks)

I've also noticed that I snack the most from 6 -9pm-- so I decided to move my exercize time to than-- and also save some of my daily chores:laundy: for than--- so I'm not laying in front of the tv snackingpopcorn::

Here are a few Inspirational Quotes for the week.

I weighed in this morning and I am down 2.6, which makes it 2.6/20 for me.

I'm glad I got a good start, because I am going on vacation this weekend...so hopefully I can keep it up!! We got some snow here, not anything as bad as what we have had in the past, but we are just getting spoiled...i'm sure we will have some huge Denver-style blizzard soon and it will stink!!

I hope everyone has a good week!! :wizard:

My scale was down for the past two weeks, so I didn't get a chance to weigh myself until this am. I lost 5 lbs!!! I woke up with my "friend" this am, so hopefully the loss will be a little more. Very happy though, since all I did these past two weeks was to stop eating after 8:00 pm and eat more fruits. This week I am adding in the water, and starting to walk. Hopefully I will reach my goal of 12 lbs by Easter - maybe even more!!

 Evening, Molli!! I guess we all are in good company!!! I know part of my problem is TOM so I don't think I am going to post my weigh in tomorrow since technically it is out of my control! ;) I had a great eating day so far, I have been within my points and I have had at least 9 8oz servings of water plus one diet coke so I think I have met my fluid goal, but I am just feeling a little bloated (maybe I should say fluffy) today, not looking forward to WI tomorrow, but holding my own. Wednesday starts a new week for me, can't wait for the new start!!!

Congrats to all of our losers this week!!! Keep up the great work!

How's everyone else doing today?

Thanks Ohmom for the mini challenge. It will definitely help keep me out of the snacks tonight. I've been on track today, and have 2 points left. I weigh in tomorrow, and I tend to stay on track the day before weighin, but the past 3 days, not so good. I'm expecting a gain tomorrow. I don't have a scale, but weighed at work and was up 2 pounds.:sad2: Hope it will motivate me to stay on track. Thanks for the water reminder, I'll have a few more glasses tonight to flush out all that extra weight.:) I'll come back to fess up if I go crazy later tonight, otherwise I just used my 2 points for TV snack and will be back after weigh in tomorrow.:sad1:

Good luck to everyone!!

i still have to add the rest of my food into sparkpeople but i did pretty good. i had enough calories left for a sliver of leftover birthday cake, not the healthiest but still within my plan and i don't do well cold turkey.

tomorrow? same bat time, same bat place?

i will update page 1 tomorrow, i'm on the laptop which is slower and the keyboard is smaller, so i'll wait to do that -- :welcome: to our newcomer and cyber HIGH FIVES to those posting a loss for the week!!! woooohooooo!!!!!

Hey OhMom, just checking in! I had a great day, no cheating! I worked later than I hoped so I got to the gym when the high school kids were there fooling around. But I did my 20min on the bike and some ab work, all in all 35 min. Made a lite supper, and then out shopping, no snacking. Though it's 9:40 I'm still going to have my grapefruit, and that's it. Same thing tomorrow, gym after the kids are on the bus, work, and I'll check back on the mini challenge tomorrow night. Great job everyone, tomorrow is a new day!:thumbsup2 Kathy

I am "in" with those saying one day at a time - I made it yesterday and going to today too! Just tm'd 2 miles and did some stretching, tonight is H20 aerobics and I will work "hard" there! DH already has dinner planned - pork chop with brown rice, carrot and celery - so I will plan for that today to have for dinner.

I AM SO READY FOR THIS EXTRA TO BE GONE - and even with just trying to get back on track - I have more energy and feel better - can't wait to see just what I can accomplish on my to-do list when I really have energy!!

:wizard: :wizard: to EVERYONE for another OP day and cyber high-five to those who have lost - you are an inspiration :cheer2:

I'll be back tonight to say I have had a successful day #2 - see you then

Had a small gain today, only .2, which I was thrilled with. I thought it was going to be way more. I went out to lunch today and used 17 points, but I still have 7 points left for tonight, so I should be fine. I really want to stay on track and lose this weight. My goal for next week is to lose 1.2 pounds and get my 15 pound clippie. I think I got the 10 pound one last september. I'm definitely on the very slow weight loss plan, but it works for me. I was I'm planning a trip for june to sesame place in PA and we had gone 2 years ago, so we were looking at the pics and I'm 20 pounds lighter now than I was then. If I can lose 10-15 pounds a year and keep it off, I'm happy. But I'm pushing for the 12 by easter!!;)

Congratulations to all who have lost this week!! Keep up the great work!!

Good luck everyone!! :cool1: We can do it!!!! :cheer2: Here's to healthier and lighter days ahead!!

I have been doing la since December 30, and Have lost just over 10 lbs. The first 6 care off very easy, the next 4 was easy and now I seem to be slowing way down. I don't vary from plan and I'm down .4 or .2, I'm hoping my diligences will pay off soon. I try not to let it get me down.

updated post #1 here (http://disboards.com/showpost.php?p=16533753&postcount=1) please let me know if i missed your WI :rolleyes1

good thing i just forced myself to sit down and update this b/c i was really really thinking about a snack  it's been a hard two days -- i'm making it but it's been a bit hard i will admit. i.e., i didn't get home from some evening errands until 7:30 and hadn't eaten dinner! i had to break my 7 p.m. goal for stopping but then i was STARVING! i'm ok, i'm done now. after posting all the loses and changing you big LOSERS name from bleak black to a beautiful shade of ORANGE .........well that gets me to just make my hot tea, finish my episode of 24 and call it a night!

i did get my workout done today, and water in. i'm not real hopeful for my WI tomorrow, but i'm going keep on keeping on and look ahead for a lose next week!!! hopefully i won't see a gain :sad2:

and :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay: for all those who are LOSING this week! you so totally :rockband: from .2 lb and up a loss is cause for celebrating!!!!!

i'll start my day tomorrow with our focus quotes -- thanks njcarita! i need to read wisdom such as that!

WOW, some of you are doing fantastic with this challenge....congrats to all of our losers it is so wonderful to read about your progress.

I have taken a weigh in pass tonight, so I am not weighing in this week. I have struggled through the weekend and today I darn near fell off the entire wagon! I guess I was soooo good during the holidays it just all caught up with me. It seems like every time I get within reach of goal I derail myself. I am hoping that it is all out of my system tonight and tomorrow starts a new week.

Keep up the great work everyone!!!

Hey everyone,

I want to join! Put me down for 10 by Easter.

I've been hiding under a rock - Well the WPASADI rock anyway. We've been so busy with our challenges that I haven't been doing too well weight wise. I've gained a few pounds the past week or two.

But, today is a new day and I'm ready to get busy and do this!!

there is no ONLY about it! you lost a pound!!:cool1: :cool1: :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 if you did ONLY that for four more weeks you'd be down 5 lbs!! slow and steady WINS just like jayna said!

updated post #1 here (http://disboards.com/showpost.php?p=16533753&postcount=1)

ok i'm soooooo bummed out -- i'm up THREE pounds! i knew/thought i'd be up a little but not three pounds! i had to change my name to shameful green:sad2:

i have to talk to myself just like i'd talk to anyone here who posted a gain, it's just a number -- WORK THE PLAN!! i have been saying i'm working my way back into it after WDW but truth is 3 weeks have gone by. instead of recovering back to my pre-holiday weight i know have 3 more pounds to lose! i don't like this at all!!

my plan is to go to my strength training class tonight, i haven't been to it in over a month, probably 6 weeks. i'm not really excited about it but i gotta do what I gotta do :upsidedow

Ohmom- Hey you, nothing shameful about it. Just life getting in the way of our weight loss plans. Don't beat yourself up. You can get back on track and you will. It's so hard with holidays, vacations, and such to get back in the swing. You are such a great inspiration to all of us here, and always cheering us on. Hang in there. Tomorrow is a new day. :cheer2: You can do it!!!!!
(and by the way, I should be in the green with you, as I had a gain this week.)

Tiggerlover- hope you had a great day today, and your noweigh pass was motivating for you. Those last few pounds are so hard to lose, but hang in there. You can do it!!!!:cheer2:

Morning~

I have been reading about some great weight losses - me - the same - but I was fearing I was up - so.....................

I have to confess - last night just did not have enough dinner and when we got home from church - I had 2 rice cakes - I HAVE TO STOP THAT - yes - I know rice cakes "aren't all that bad" BUT it's the HABIT (my stomach was doing the Bob G rumble and I probably would have lost some fat last night :rotfl: ) but instead I went the, I really think I HAVE TO HAVE SOMETHING route................ all I can say is I am working on it..............

Exercise today is my H20 class - AND - I will come home - have dinner and be done with food for the night ;)

Have a good OP day today fellow WISH buddies and keep up the good work!

good morning and :welcome: Machta!

thanks for the kind words, i needed those :) yesterday was good - i went to my Wed night strength class and i really didn't want to go! i kept thinking of everyone here and their success and i know if i want that too i have to step it up! :yay: anyhoo -- this class I do with my co-workers, and no body came! there was a baby shower for another co-worker (which i blew off, took a gift but truly i had to taxi my DDs) and i was the only one there. so i did 30 mins cardio and 30 mins strength/abs/stretching. whew......it wasn't so bad once i just got going. then i came home hungry too and had my planned cottage cheese; but like AEG i slipped a bit of the journal and had a few pretzel rods too. not the worst food, i didn't have the thin mint GS cookies, or the ice cream sandwiches :thumbsup2

so here i sit, eating my egg beaters and trying to pump myself up to go back to FC for intervals on the TM. not in the mood! too much sleep i think, i could not get up this morning! but i'm dressed so i'll go here in an hour or so after my breakfast settles :upsidedow

TMI? sorry!

everyone have a GREAT DAY OP!!!!!!!:woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

Morning all....signing up has 'appeared' to put me back on track. I have stayed on track this week. Did weights on Tuesday, as well as a 8 minute ultimate Tae-bo workout. I would typically go to the gym tonight, but oldest DD is sick and DH works evenings...so that won't happen. I do have some time tomorrow so I will do my weights and cardio then since Saturday I am gone with our Church youth all day. I hope to get cardio in on Sunday also. I have stayed within my calorie count:goodvibes

Next step is to stay on track, eating, this weekend.

ohMom...great on getting that workout in. I am sure you will today, also.

AlreadyexcitedGrammy...sometimes it is better to not go to bed hungry. I find if I do the next day is very difficult for me to get through without eating a lot.

hi all

i'm down 2.8 this week--so I'm at 3.0/12

lunchtime and I just feel "rewarded" :yay: - first, I am at the local jr college across the street from where I work - needed a couple of birthday cards - got those and then went to the cafeteria, thinking I would have salad - wellllllllllllllllll - I stopped by one of the lunch specials stations and it looked fabulous and now I can say it tastes YUM too! Ziti with wild mushrooms and green beans. Usually, even tho it "could be" a somewhat healthy dish - I can see the "butter" floating - not today - staff said it was made with "juices" and so I am thinking JACKPOT - and it is very YUM!

And, I had not weighed this AM when I posted (since I had my midnight snack) but then I thought NO - you need to (yes, I am an everyday weigher - works for me - may not for you, but it does for me) because if I am up I need to see that I better "be good" and if I am down it is a reinforcement - HOORAY - I was down a pound (a BIG surprise)!!! So, healthy lunch for me, a hard workout afterwork, dinner and NO snack :goodvibes - really shouldn't need one - the pasta at lunch was "just what I think I needed"

Now - for the afternoon - I am "training" a temp, because I am off work tomorrow - Oh for goodness sake - I am a receptionist - I guess I should feel like someone must really think my job is IMPORTANT - (and being nice to folks is.....) BUT this just seems ridiculous!! So, my afternoon is "shot" doing any of the work I thought I would get done .......yadda, yadda - thanks for listening - I needed that VENT :lovestruc and now it's back to work !

:wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: to all for a GOOD REST OF THE DAY !!!

Hi Everyone. Barb checking in for the week.

I'm doing ok this week, still within my points, so I'm happy. I just started my WDW scrapbook last night, and was so into it, I went about 2 and a half hours without even thinking about snacking. I'm going to work on it again tonight. I don't want to get crumbs in my scrapbook stuff, so I won't be able to eat while I do that.

ohMom and Believe- Great job on the workouts. You guys make me want to start exercising. That's definitely my downfall. When the weathers nice, I try to get out and walk, but I don't get any regular exercise. Right now it's tough to fit into my schedule. Though I could do something at home. But I don't. :rotfl: Oh well, maybe you'll all rub off on me.

Whoo hoo barbnbrian, njcarita, cmsnyder77, kamgen, and kaysmommie:banana:  Great job on the losses!!!

Ugg- I had a nice long post ready to go and lost it because my screen went back and now the text is gone. Oh well, this one will be shorter

I'm doing good - 2 days OP now. I'm glad I'm starting to feel in control again. I'm just trying to take it one day at a time.

Great job everyone! Keep up the great work

Molli - Don't feel bad about the 3 pounds, as my WW leader says - It's just feedback that lets you know how to proceed this week.

Bev- I hear Bob Greene's voice in my head too. I really need to work on not eating at night either. I'm not good in that dept. I bought his new book and a few others, I need to find time to read them. I still think Bob's original book was the best.

Well, despite what I thought wasn't a good week, the scale says down 3:cool1:  :yay: :dance3: Sorry, I got carried away. I've missed the gym the last 3 days, crazy at work. But , I've cut out the fast/fried food, and stuck to no eating after 7pm. Anyway, put me down for 3 of 10 . Here's to a great day tomorrow for us all! Good night!Kathy

that means a weekend ahead! Yes - that is a good thing BUT remember we are in this together - MAKING GOOD CHOICES WILL BRING A SMILE NEXT WI DAY  (yes - that is for ME to remember!!!!)

Just finished 4 miles tming - my head said do 5 but my foot (which is still growing new skin) said after 4 that it was still tender and so I stopped at 4! Actually, good timing ohMom called right as I was finishing my cool down. She is at work - so we will hear from her later ;)

Me - I am away from the office - have some appts and a LONG to-do list for today and the weekend (that is what I am going to focus on and not food!) DH wants to make chili which is okay it's freezing in OH............

Off to shower and get started being productive - mmmmmmm - does my list allow just 1 game on the computer.... I am into playing "upwords" and tho it is fun, certainly can be a time robber - hey, I can't beat DH and I can usually beat the computer (no - I don't set it on "easy" for the computer either!!):rolleyes1 but it is a nice way to "pump me up" being a winner :yay:

But most of all I like being a "loser" so here I go into the weekend remembering that I want the scale to move downward next week!!!!

Cyber high 5 to all in making this weekend count!!! :cheer2: :grouphug: :cheer2:

ok, i'm here.........i'm not doing well. i think PMS has overtaken me. i had a talk with myself today and have decided to stop stressing out about it. i need to just move on. i know in my head i more successful when my days are just busy, focused on life and not food. i'm focusing on the food and it's driving me crazy! then i'm stressing about the food and giving in, then feeling guilty. am i the only one here?

so this weekend, i'm going to focus on enjoying my day and let go the stress-eating-worry-guilt thing. it's too heavy........dont' want it anymore!!

i did get called yesterday to work this morning, my work mornings are early too! 7 a.m.. but, i can leave at noon having 5 hours on the clock, that's a good thing. tomorrow i plan on a 5 miler then i'm goign to an all-day crop. i'll be back sunday morning to update and start our new weeks' thread.

anyone watched YOU on a diet on Discovery health. i'm getting there on the buying healthier foods, but wow i never realized how much hydrogenated fats i eat. it's in my fav RF peanut butter and that bummed me out! i have a friend whose brother's family exclusively shops at Whole Foods Market. now i like Whole Foods market but i wonder around there looking for my staples and can't find them :) mayo, peanut butter, now i know why. hydrogenated fats . i made whole wheat ravioli for dinner and my teen daugher balked. then she didn't like the salad greens (organic) from costco, you know speciality lettuces. she says -- mom i really don't like this ravioli and when do we get to have regular bagged salad again? then she inhales a piece of cheese garlic bread from Schwans (none for me thank you) and i'm like what would Dr. Oz think?!!

Molli- That is so funny! :lmao: We are trying to re-learn how to eat. We love Dr Oz and bought the book "YOU on a DIET" and love it! I too ate so much of the bad things, especially high sugar and high fructose corn syrup!!:confused3 We now eat exclusively the wheat pasta! I love it and recommend it to everyone. We eat the Healthy Harvest. Also a good pasta sauce with good ingredients is the Tomato Basil by Classico. We too switched to the healthier salad options, we mix baby spinach with romaine and I eat more balsamic vinegar than I ever thougtht I would. But I do feel better!!!! Sure I mess up every now and then, but I have a desire not only to lose the weight but to be healthier....for me and my kids.:cutie: Good luck!!!

I am so glad I found this thread.....
Hugs to everyone!

whapping..............what was he thinking???? Scenario: - he made oatmeal chocolate chip cookies (yes- he does that kind of thing now and then) BUT he had a committment tonight and he left the ones that he had baked out to cool on the counter and then took off until pretty late this evening!  Man ~ the aroma is so inviting...................

I am saying OUTLOUD that I AM NOT EATING ANY - now for me I am going to put those cookies in a covered container so that I do not have to endure that lucious smell!! and ........(BTW he left the dishes in the sink, flour on the floor, cookie sheets stacked, yadda, yadda, too) so don't be thinking that I should be REAL lenient with him!

Molli- we had some of the wwheat ravioli tonight and thought it was pretty yum. I haven't watched the show or read the book but sounds like I better be doing that.

BTW - did anyone see that O show where a European mother said that she did NOT allow pnut butter in her house ???? she said that it had TOO MUCH FAT - and it is definately something I go for when I crave protein ......... yes, I use the rf but doesn't sound like that is a good thing afterall.

today at the grocery I picked up a can on spiced tomatoes and the 3rd item was high fructose syrup - WHY ??? (oh, I really know why, but WHY???)

Okay - off to put those cookies away - clean up the kitchen and have a nice cup of hot tea!

M - hang in there and I think you are doing the right thing to just relax and go with it - it will happen....................

I will NOT eat a single cookie, I will NOT eat a single cookie, I will NOT eat a single cookie - okay - think I got it - safe to go now :yay:

Sounds like everyone is doing great! That is fantastic and so inspiring!! Keep up the great work.

Molli, I have heard of Whole Food Market, but unfortuneately we don't have one here.

Kamy, the wheat pasta really isn't that bad, as a matter of fact I switched my family over several months ago. Someone was commenting about it and DH said oh, I'll never it that stuff, it is gross, I said funny, honey, we have been eating it since I went back to WW....should have seen his face, it was priceless.:lmao:

AlreadyexcitedGrammy, good for you for getting those cookies out of sight and out of mind!!!

Have a great weekend everyone!

I finally had a loss this week. I can now mark myself 2.8/15! :cool1: I was thinking I was going to be at zero forever!

We have been talking about that YOU on a Diet book at work. The school nurse saw him on Oprah or maybe Discovery and was telling us about his philosophy. Sounds like it is really looking at food with new eyes. I think you pretty much have to make everything from scratch. The zone diet is really similar to that in what types of foods you should eat. Atleast the book I read makes me think that.

I hope everyone has a really good week. I hope to be able to post again next week. ;)

Hi ladies! Hope everyone is having a good Saturday so far!

I am shocked and surprised to announce a 2lb loss for the week!!! I don't know how it happened but I'll take it. I have been so stressed at work this week. Maybe worrying and stress are burning calories?? I kind of doubt it. I didn't overeat like I have been lately so I think that is the real answer, lol.

Hope you all are not being too rough on yourselves, just take it a day at a time!! :flower3:

I'm trying to lose wight for my cruise and have started exercising again. But maybe if i have a specific goal I'll be better about getting it done. NOt on any real program just doing a stability ball workout and trying to be a better eater.

Anyhow, i suppose i'll go for 10 lbs by Easter. Sounds doable.

TY
I generally weigh in on Thursdays but i gotta find a new battery for my scale. Should have 1 soon though

Well, after eating like a monk all week I only lost two pounds again this week. I am looking for bigger losses which I know I would get if I incorporated exercise into my routine. I would rather sew my lips together and never eat again than do exercise.
