Question About AP Room Rates But No AP Yet

The AP rates, is available, seem like it would make getting an AP worthwhile, but how do you get the rates when you don't have the AP yet? I'm hoping to go in October and would get the AP when I get there, but would want to make the reservations before I arrive. Can you book with AP rates without having the AP in hand?

Yes you can make the reservation without having one,But beofre you checkin you have to have your AP.
