Are there any problems with being "pooh shaped" and riding kracken? I'm 5'11, 310lbs, DW is slightly smaller...:confused3

I haven't been on it but I've heard that the rides at SeaWorld, Universal and Busch Gardens are not very forgiving to the Pooh-sized person. I think Disney is one of the few places that is accomodating to everyone in this regard.
I'm sure someone has more specific input on it though.

When we were there, they had a large woman move to a row in the middle. I assumed these seats were larger.

so you're unqualified to make a response except to glorify disney. :sad2:
rows 5 and 7 in the middle will take of your needs. tell any TM before boarding and you'll be fine.

I'm not exactly small, and I'm definitely a little round, and I didn't have a problem at all on Kraken. Or anything else at any Orlando park that I've been to.

Hi Art and Kim ...
I don't know if you've already been down, but I thought I'd try to help with this one. I am a very similar size and have ridden Kracken at least 4 times. that being said ... they have very specific rows with one seat (about the third one in) that will accomodate a bigger size. Even then it took a little help to get the belt attached (the cast member was very kind ... reffering to the "football player" seat). I was a bit squished but it was still fun. They have seats at the beginning of the queue to try but I felt funny and didn't do it.
Anyway, if you haven't gone yet ... have fun!
