Ok I just started the flex pln. I am really hungry:rolleyes1 . I bought a bunch of frozen raspberrys but they are really sour:mad: even with splenda. I want to buy the ww choc cakes in the frozen section. If I eat 2 that come in the pack do I add an extra point ? ex they are 4 pts each x2 =8 plus one more point? Will I loose lbs eating there frozen foods. Or is it a waste. Its pms and I need chocalate:scared:

If you're a fan of pudding, I *LOVE* the fat-free/sugar-free Jello pudding cups (http://www.kraftfoods.com/jello/products/pudding/sugar-free-reduced-calorie-snacks/), made with Splenda. There are quite a few chocolate flavors, although my current favorite is the new Dulce de Leche - vanilla with caramel topping! And only 60 calories per cup, tough to beat.

Congratulations on starting WW! I also love chocolate. Some of the things I like: the WW frozen choc cakes and the 'dry' ones you get near the muffins/donuts which are only 1 pt. each, but you have to be careful...I think I could eat the entire box! There are new 'Smart Portions' Brownie Cups...they are only 3 pts. for a package of two. You can also find those with the muffins/donuts. I get mine at Wal Mart. The oreo 100 calorie packs are pretty good. The WW Giant Fudge Bars are really good, and only 1 point each! One of those actually satisfies my chocolate craving. I hope some of these suggestions help you! As for calculating points if you have two, just look at the calories/fat/fiber and multiply by 2 then use your pointsfinder to figure out the points.

On the wish board there is a topic for WW snacks! It is a great thread and has helped me!
Good luck!!:)

I just started ww core plan today. I am used to the old system with always counting points. I feel like I ate so much today. I hope this new way works for me.

Hello,
I have just seen the advertisement for the Dulce De Leche, can anyone tell me how many points they are?
Thanks:cool1:

raspberries are always really tart. You might try strawberries instead, they are sweeter. (buying fresh will help too, frozen berries always taste more tart)

I like the WW frozen chocolate muffins for a chocolate fix, (these are way better than the little cakes) or their frozen desserts like the NY Cheesecake swirl, Mississippi Mudd Pie, Chocolate Chip Cookie dough thing, eclairs, etc. They are all really good and portion controlled, which is my weakness. All of these you warm in the microwave to thaw them, and they are so yummy.

Great chocolate fix: Get a box of No Pudge brownie mix. You can make individual brownies. 2 Tbsp. of brownie mix plus 1 Tbsp. of Nonfat yogurt. Microwave for about a minute, maybe a little longer if you don't like yours a little uncooked (Yum!). Only 2 points!

Hey...PrincessAurorainPA,

The brownies that are 2 points, do you use plain yogurt?
Thanks:goodvibes

Are these 1 point per cup?
