Can you get free refills while on DDP? My DH and son's drink like camels! I know a 'beverage' is included at TS. For example; if they finish that soda, can we get a refill or will we only be able to get water refilled.
Hope this makes sense?
Thank you in advance for any clarifications!

Yea, refills are included on all drinks (except alcohol). Well, not sure about frozen drinks like on the kids meal, since we always make my sister get a soda or something after... but as far as normal drinks go, drink away!

I'm not sure if all (any) restaurants give kids free refills for milk or juice.

We've always gotten free refills on regular drinks, but not on smoothies. Usually if we choose a smoothie as our drink, we get water too. Not sure about the milk and juice either.

My kids have always been given free refills on milk when they chose that as their beverage at buffets. DS drank so much milk at one breakfast that the waiter actually told him to eat something first before he'd bring him anymore milk!:scared1:

I know that the DDP will give free refills at TS restaurants. But there are some CS in the parks that you don't have access to the fountains (like the Electric Umbrella for example). Is it free refills there? I somehow don't think it is, but I have been wrong before!

Good question, like to hear the answer.

Some of the TS meals will let you get 1 non alcoholic frozen drink to go with your meal. After that 1 drink is gone they will bring you a soft drink or water, coffee, and tea. I know that at WCC you can get the never ending milk shake on the DDP. No matter how much you drink they will keep bringing you more...and you can even change what kind you are drinking (strawberry, vanilla, chocolate...YUMMMM). At OHana we got a virgin strawberry daiquiri, but once it was gone we were able to get soft drinks or the like.

I don't think refills are included at CS restaurants. I know in the food courts, you have access to the fountains, so many people do get refills, and I've never seen them stop anyone. At the parks, I'm not sure we ever had access to them. And since they sell different sizes of sodas, I'd be surprised if they offered free refills (since everyone would just buy the small and keep refilling it).

I run into this all the time locally, with my 15y old DD. I am certain that at WDW you can get a refill, as long as you didnt order anything *special* like a smoothie, or a specially flavored coke etc...(at TS)

BUT~ how much soda do we want to drink (and our DKs)? After 1 refill, its water city at my table, baby:rolleyes1

My experience has been that smoothies don't get refills, but fountain sodas, iced tea, coffee, etc. do.

Sometimes the nicer restaurants asked if we wanted coffee after the meal in addition to whatever drinks we had.

I have had no experience with getting soda after the smoothie is out though--I guess I never asked. Perhaps I will next time!
