Euro Disney Timeshare

"The first timeshare outside France's Disneyland Paris has been announced by Marriott Vacation Club International and Euro Disney.
The price tag for a week's ownership of one of the 275 2-bedroom/2 bath villas will be $12,100 -$23,100, with sales expected to get underway in April.
Villa owners at the Village d'lle-de-France at the Disneyland Resort Paris will have access to the theme park's 27-hole golf course."

The rumor I heard earlier this year is that the site was originally planned for a Disney Vacation Club. I have no idea whether that's true or just someone's assumption that somehow became a "fact."

I'm not going to buy there, but I hope I'll be able to trade in, either with my Marriott Newport Coast Villas or with my Disney Vacation Club. My guess is that it will be a very hard trade in the Summer, an easy trade in the Winter, and in-between in Spring and Fall.
