Schedule change: OKW-DTD ferry boat

Don't know if this has been reported yet, but the schedule for the OKW-DTD ferry boat has changed:

11am-4pm: departs OKW every 30 minutes
4pm-11pm: departs OKW every 20 minutes

I know very little about OKW. Is the changed schedule better than the old or worse?

I think it is an improvement. Didn't it used to be every 30 minutes all the time?

Since the larger boats were introduced, it had been:
11am-4pm: depart OKW every hour on the hour
4pm-11pm: depart OKW every half hour

So the new schedule is more frequent. (100% more from 11am-4pm and 50% more from 4pm-11pm).
