When is considered the off-season to beat the crowds, get better hotel rates, & still decent weather??? Any ideas out there?

I think the next couple of years will be out for "beating the crowds" due to the DCA Grand Opening.
Weather is good year round.
It gets a little hot for Californians around Summer time.
The only Disney sponsored discounts would be best found at www.disneyclub.com. (http://www.disneyclub.com.)
But relatively less people should be there anytime kids are in school: like Monday-Thursday, non-holidays.
June-Septmeber are the busiest summer times.
