Scuba Diving

After years of wanting to go and scuba diving, today I started the theory for my Ocean diving certificate.:cool1: :cool1: I have 1 more full day of theory to do, plus a test. I have yet to start the water side, because I coughed last week and ended up at A&E with a slipped disc, whats that about:confused3 a little old cough causing so much pain:confused3 .
Anyway, at last I am fullfilling a ambition, I am soooooooooo excited:cheer2: :cheer2:

My husband was a dive instructor in the Navy and now dives as much as her can when we are in a tropical location he claims there is nothing like it:goodvibes . Good Job!!!!

My DS13 has been scuba-diving for the past 3 years and does a diving qualification every summer in Spain. He absolutely loves it and has convinced DH to give it a try this year. Next time we're all in WDW he wants to dive in the Living Seas at EPCOT but we're hoping to take him somewhere exotic before then... pixiedust:

congrats, its something I will get round to doing as soon as my son is old enough to join me as I've always wanted to learn. I'm a bit wary whether I can though as I have ongoing ear pressurisation problems. I do love snorkelling thogh so I can imagine that scuba is amazing
