best time to call

what is the best time to call member services
tried to phone just now and was told there was at least a 30 minute wait

and can I do all my Dinning with them as well

I always call around 5pm here and have never waited more than a minute or two.

Yes you can book your ADR's through MS.

we are going for our first visit home to SSR on the 26th of Oct :banana: :banana: :banana: , hoping to change at the 7 month to the BC, but not holding hope much as this is the Wine and Food time at Epcot

If you are trying to get a hard ressie I'd call day by day as soon as member services opens. We managed to switch from OKW to VWL over Christmas by doing this. I called each day at 2pm our time and usually got straight through.

thats what they told me to do on the phone and gave me the right date also

but say there was only one or two nights that I couldn't get can I still hold onto the booking at SSR for the 9 nights at the same time as I am trying day by day ,as I do not want to move during the 9 days

You could only hold onto your SSR ressie if you had enough points for both. What I did was call and each day I got VWL I cancelled that day at OKW. If there are one or two nights missing you could go on to a wait list and hope they come through or say if you got a run of 5 or 6 nights you might keep those and decided to spend the last 3 or 4 somewhere else
