:thumbsup2 Can someone give me the details on the photopass at DL? It is new since I was there last.

Where/when do you get the photopass card? Can you get several for your group? I understand that you can link the cards when you purchase the CD correct?

Are there a lot of photographers around? Are they easy to spot? Friendly & willing to take pictures (goofy ones, etc.)? Are there lines for the photographers?

Does the photopass work for the pictures with Mickey, etc? Ride photos?

Any other info would be helpful!

Thank so much

All the photographers have the cards. They'll ask if you have one already, if so, they'll scan it to add the photos that they take. If not, they'll give you a new card.

They are all over the place. There' usually not too much of a line unless you want a really popular spot (like in front of the castle).

The ride photos are not on photopass. I'm not sure about Mickey.

There are several spots that there are always photographers:
Partner statue, In front of the castle, usually the main entry area (between around 10-2pm), usually in toontown if you get pics taken at mickey's house, and over by the Winnie the Pooh ride at select times, always tons at the CA entry plaza, one over by the bridge to paradise pier, over by the waterfall and by grizzly river run are all the places I can think of. During the holidays, they were always by a Christmas tree as well and at the Reindeer roundup. You can always spot them, because they are just hanging around those spots with all their camera gear around their neck and they kind of all have the same style of uniform. You can get several cards for your group, not a problem at all and then you can link them all to one account later if you want. That's what we did last month (family reunion). If any of you would like to see what the photopass site is like, you can pm your email address and then I will just share my photos with you from that site (although I think there are only like 5 good photos in the whole bunch!) You won't be able to do all the things available because you would only be a visitor looking at the pics, but it will give you an idea about the site and where we had pics taken.

Hope that helps some,
Kathy
