Has anyone else experienced a really long wait time for a response to a trouble ticket? I submitted 2 of them back in early December and still no response??

Well, I can say I have had a ticket open since 11/28 and only one response to it and still no credit and the ticket is still open. My guess :confused3 is she didn't get any where with the merchant. Have you sent a response to the trouble ticket?

I have one that is open from 12/3 with no reply that was a follow up to one submitted mid-November for the same issue. I am guessing as well that she has not heard back from the merchant? Apparently, I am like one of three people that didn't get credit for this offer.

Double check the status of your ticket to make sure that it says "open." That is the only way that it will show up in my "to do" queue. We're pretty caught up on all of these (like about 12-24 hours) so if you have something that is open and we are not to the point of waiting only on the merchant, PM me with your SR email address and I will look into it for you.

Hmmm. I checked the one I've been waiting on for awhile and it says status "pending." But I'm pretty sure it's said that for a long time. What does that mean in the scheme of things? :confused3

It means that I took it as far as I could and now it is up to the merchant. But you can PM me your email address and I can reset it to "open" so I can try to put some pressure on the merchant again.

Will do - they're both in "Open" status, and I think I put a reply on both of them hoping that would bump them up.

I have 5 trouble tickets open. Two of them have credited but the ticket never moved to close it out. The other three - nothing. They are still open. I opened them 11/28.
