Did they authorize a $29.95 charge to your credit card right away? I don't recall any other trial offers immediately doing that during a "free trial" and just wanted to see if that was the norm with them.

I did this offer around dinner time yesterday and just checked my credit card statement online. It does not show any charges from them or authorizations. Perhaps it depends on the credit card whether it shows a pending authorization or not?

Maybe. I used my Chase Disney Visa. I don't keep a balance on it, so I saw it right away this a.m. when I checked my account. I wonder what's up? :confused3

Yes, they did authorize a charge. On my Visa it showed as a pending charge but the amount still shows up as part of the total balance owed. The day after I cancelled the pending charge was removed.

I have no pending charges and I did get credit. Seems to be hit and miss (unless my account *hides* pending charges until they're actually pushed through as a regular charge)

Hmmm....I did mine on the 11th and hasn't credited for me yet. Maybe because of the long weekend? I need to cancel by the 17th. :cool2:

I did it on the 19th. No credit yet. I had to cancel today, so I'm sure hoping it shows up now that Tricia's back.

I went to my Account & it had my information (name, address, type of subscription) & on the right side in the section of what type of subscription I had there was a button that said "Cancel."

Okay, now that I know you can cancel online I am going to do this one. I try not to do any offers with a credit card but this one sounds easy enough. Hope I get credit though. :) Thanks for all the info SR users!!!

Nope, no credit yet. But I have got credit on two others I did the same day. Wonder if this one is giving Sunshinegirl some hard times. I have already canceled the other two online so just need this one to credit so I can do cancel this one online as well. :)

I did this offer on the 3rd so only 2 days ago. Hope to see the credit by friday the 9th as thats when I need to cancel . Either way I have to cancel then .

I just signed up yesterday! Of course I have rec'd credit yet but hopefully I will soon! I see no reason why I wouldn't I signed up through the link on SR and even verified that it said SR on the bottom as the page was loading!

Signed up on 1/30 and still no credit :( Put in a trouble ticket yesterday since most seemed to get their credit within a few days..... Still hoping to get the credit since, of course, I already had to cancel this.

I would put in the trouble ticket now especially since that was a week ago and some people are getting the credit an average of 4 days later.

Just a heads up, i put in the trouble ticket, and Tricia told me that cinema now hadnt credited her for it and since i had cancelled she couldnt file a dispute with them.She did credit me 2.00 for my time which is amazing and unexpected.
So if you dont see credit by day 4 i'd go ahead and file and not wait.
ANd thanks so much Tricia for giving me partial credit!Youre a class act!

How long did it take to get your email confirmation? Usually I get an email within minutes of signing up. Nothing yet....
