I don't know much about e-bay but am curious to know if there is some way to find out what price is actually paid per point if in fact this person can sell them. I think he's dreaming if he thinks he'll get $100.00 pp, but it doesn't hurt to ask high and negotiate down.

This isn't a regular E-Bay auction, but rather an ad as part of the real estate section. I don't know if there's any way to find out if it actually sells, and if so, for how much, like you can do on a regular auction after it closes.

Besides the 100.00/point, they also want closing costs, and if I'm reading it right, they also want something for some 'banked' points.

I guess the only thing we can say for certain is that if someone actually buys it for that amount, Disney definitely will not be exercising their right of first refusal. :D
