May 2008 Wedding

Hi all
Well my Fiance and I are deciding to move our wedding to May 2008 instead of November 2008.. We feel that Nov. is too far away, but I am asking any past Disney Brides if any of you have gotten married in May how the weather was like.... I just hope its not a rainy season month...

I have been there in May for my birthday, the 17th, several times. The weather is beautiful! I would much rather get married in May instead of July, like I am. But I don't have that choice. Personally I think it would be a good choice.

I honestly do not know off hand about the weather in may. Try weather.com and find the monthly average rainfall. That should help

We got married May 12....the weather was wonderful...mid 80's sunny and had a wonderful full moon....Upside to May is it gets dark late...it can get hot but the crazy heat doesn’t take over until late June...

I think May is a beautiful month to be married in. We were there from April 28th to May 4th of last year (we got engaged that trip!), and the weather was perfect. It can get a little hot, but we liked it because the pool felt great!

We are planning on getting married in MAY 2008 as well. Every trip we have taken in May has been great weather! We are keeping out fingers crossed that we will get out date!!!! Good luck to you!

My best friend and I went to WDW in May after I graduated college in 2004. The weather was perfect the whole time we were there. It was warm but the heat is not near as bad as it is in july/aug.

We are getting married in May of this year.....May is a great month as it isn't hot and the rainy season hasn't started (that usually kicks in in June) so it shouldn't be to wet (knock on wood here!)

We were there from May 6-12, 2005. The weather was fantastic! It did not rain a single drop the whole time we were there. I think that's a great time to get married.

We had our vow renewal in May and the weather was absolutely perfect!!!

I'm partial to November ;) , but I've been down there during May and it was lovely weather.
