best price on cricut

who has the best price on Cricut now these days? I just finished a big sewing job for someone and i am thinking about investing in a cricut. What do people think?

The best every day price that I have seen is Wal-Mart ($179.9). I bought mine from A.C. Moore on a one day special at $159.99. If you don't want it immediately, I'd watch for the specials.

I got mine at A.C. Moore for $185. At the time they were running a special for $199.99 but they matched the selling price of a LSS that we know of near my mother's vacation home.

There was someone on Two Peas yesterday that said their Walmart had them for $99. I checked my Walmart today, but they were still $194. I can't remember now who the person was, but a search of Two Peas for Cricut would probably bring up the post. It was on the General Scrapping board.

I may cry if our Wal-Mart goes to $99. I haven't been there since Christmas, so they may have dropped. Before Christmas our Wal-Mart had them for $179.88. It is strange how they are differently priced at different Wal-Marts.

mine were on an endcap in the craft dept. If you have a super Walmart look there, they have a bigger craft dept. And they were $194 last week.

Our Wal Mart also has them on the end cap in the craft section. It's funny....the Wal Mart on one side of town has them at 169 and the WM on the other end of town has them for 149. A friend of mine knows the crafts manager and asked her about this and she said that they haven't sold one of these units in over 3 weeks so they are dropping them to clear out the store inventory. Evidently they still have a ton.
