Old Friends

To my new friends who I met at the Dis meet in late July at OKW,I would like to take this opportunity to say that I have missed the boards since my departure to the Gulf states hours after we met. As some of you know I have spent the last four months with the USAF working as a team in defence of freedom, we were all scared as the pictures appeared on the screen but life goes on even without our dear friends. I would like to say to people who met my family all those months ago that I wanted to take part in the disscussions but was prevented due to the rules of security of chat rooms in the gulf. I would like to say a biiiiiiggggg hiiiii to:

Mellisa. Delware, A beautiful women.
Rosemary and Family, We wished you had stayed for a drink
John and Family for the event.

Many more people I met that day, but the sands of time have taken the names from me.


Best Wishes to you all, Let's have a great holiday, but remember those who give up there family to defend freedom wherever the fight may be.

Hi StephenKaye--So Glad you are back on the Boards!! We met you at OKW in July--it does seem like a loooong time ago,doesn't it. You have the most beautiful family!!!!! Wish we could have visited longer--the meet ended too quickly--guess the rain chased everyone away. Hope your family has a wonderful holiday and a most healthy and happy new year!!!! Hopefully we will see you again sometime!!

Glad to see you back. Was thinking about you and Mary (please excuse me, I'm awful with names) and Rachel (how could I forget that cutie!!! plus I have a Rachel of my own). We are doing great.

I wish I could have stayed for a drink, but the girls were crabby and tired....next meet, I'll have better planning..........

We plan to go back to OKW for 2 weeks in August with a weekend escape (to save points) to the west coast of Florida. Do you still feel you won't go back in the summer????? I must agree with you on that one, September is better but with the girls now in school....I have no other choice.
