Classes to take

I have decided after numerous trips to Disney with our kids, that I would like to take special classes or adult programs that Disney might offer. Years ago, before they closed Disney Institute, I know that you could there.

Are there any ie...cooking, gardening, etc... Where would I find these?

I already plan on taking the underground Disney Tour.

In Epcot, The Seas with Nemo and Friends pavilion has a program where you can swim in the tank with the real marine creatures, and Living with the Land has walking tours of the hydroponic garden.
