Which CS DON't have kids menus?

I'm NOT going to use a adult credit for a child, but I figure it'll be easier for the two kids to share if DD can order off the adult menu? (And maybe I'll get to eat my own dessert myself!) :thumbsup2

From the Disney Dining Plan FAQ (http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1305783):I understand that where there is no child menu, children can order off the regular menu. Which CS locations do not have a separate child menu?

I know someone will correct me if I am wrong, but when we were there last month, we were happy that the Fish and Chips stand at England in Epcot simply had fish and chips meals -- so our son was able to get the same meal DH and I did (DS is a huge fish and chips fan). I do not believe there were any kid meals offered there.
