Hi hope your all doing fine!! :) and that you have a good result on your weigh-ins this week:goodvibes
If anyone out there wants to join us, that will be great, the more the merrier:banana: all we do, is go to our weekly meetings and then post on here how much we have lost, and for those that have fantastic will power (and i'm not one of them :rotfl: ) and don't need/want to go to a weekly meeting, they also post on here when they have had their own weigh-in.
Its entirely up to you if you want to write on here how much you weigh-thats your choice!you don't have to at all.
Girls and boys are you happy with the thread title-"Dis Dieters"-just thought i'd ask. I will change it if you want something different.
Have a great week!:thumbsup2

Dis-Dieters is fine with me :thumbsup2
Not looking forward to getting weighed tomorrow, we have still been getting rid of the sweets left over. I didn't realise we had as much left as we did!
We have however made the big decision of joining a gym, Gavin is going to the one we have picked tomorrow to get details & prices so we can sign up when we move to Leeds in Feb. As a budget cut though we are giving up Sky+ :sad1: and getting a digi-box to help pay for it

Sounds good Netty :) My first weigh in is tomorrow night. I have kept to my slimming world though. So fingers crossed.
Good idea about the gym Jodie :thumbsup2, shame about Sky+ :(

Went back to my class on Saturday, have not been since June and put on 7 pounds since june. I was quite happy/surprised by this as it means I have still lost 6 pounds overall! I though i would have put on a lot more! Will post on Sat after my weigh in!

I'm back on the wagon tomorrow ~ I've been trying to be good but it just hasn't happened:upsidedow We still have lots of sweeties left over and although I haven't really bothered with them. I just know that as of tomorrow because I can't have them I will be craving them:lmao: Not going to a WW meeting, so will post my progress her.
Well done on the Gym Jodie, I'm a member of Esporta and it has been fantastic for me. Shame though that you have to give up Sky+
Good Luck everyone for the coming week.

Well, today is the day I start again! I managed to lose 16lbs with WW last summer, and have managed to put 12lbs of it back on again
So, am doing WW again as it really works for me when I do it properly! Only trouble is, am going out for a meal at lunch with my friend for her birthday. We are going to Felicinis, an Italian restaurant opposite my office, and I am going to look at the menu online now to try and find something that won't cause too much damage on my first day!!

Good luck everyone. I will join in again if I may. Despite my desperately trying to get back into it after the move last year, I just couldn't seem to stick with it and I stood absolutely no chance after we got back from Orlando.
As a result, I have managed to gain 10 lbs of the 40 I lost last year. However, I'm determined to lose most (if not all) of that before I go away in 5 weeks. I started last Wednesday but have decided to weigh in on a Monday so I'm not tempted to 'cheat' over the weekend. To that end, I have weighed myself this morning and lost the grand total of 4 1/2 lbs - OK, so I know most of that is water as it usually is in the first week but, hey, it's almost half of what I need to lose :rotfl:
Good luck to everyone else and welcome to those who are just joining.
Katherine, you did it before so you can do it again. I find the worst thing, though, is keeping the weight off when you're no longer 'dieting'.
Good idea about joining the gym Jodie - I'm afraid I couldn't find time to go to the gym at the moment but I reckon running after 3 kids probably helps with the exercise ;)
Just one little tip for you all that I found on the internet at the weekend - 1 hours ironing burns 84 calories whereas energetic bedroom activity (ahem!) burns 32 calories an hour. So get your ironing boards out everyone :thumbsup2

I lost 2lb but Gavin stayed the same.
My Tip - Gavin drops me off 45 mins before I actually start work. Instead of either starting work early & unpaid (something I did for a long time but refuse to do any more) or getting a latte I now take a light stroll, detouring on my way to work until 10 mins before my shift starts.
Bought my gym trainers today but Gavin didnt get details from JJb because he couldnt find the front door
He is going back tomorrow when he has more time

I am rejoining slimming world on Thursday. I am currently the heaviest I have ever been so really need to work hard. I can't afford and would hate the gym so I plan to start swimming again at least twice a week and to do some exercise at home before work.
Wish me luck!

Hi! Was wondering if I could join in too? Im afraid I doubt I'll be very successful as im going to try willpower first, and I have a long way to go!! I managed to keep on a stone for every baby I've had, and I have 5 children! But my goal is to loose 3 or 4 stone. I cant ever see losing all of it! I will weigh myself tomorrow and see where to start! Deep breath!!!
