If you book a complete WDW package through American Airlines vacations, can you still apply codes like free dining to your reservation?

No you can't

Yes you can, but it's not necessarily a "code". Whenever free dining is offered, it will be offered as one of the WDW packages. Good luck! I love AAVacations, will never use anything else.

You can book AA Vacations using miles and aside from being a good deal, that's why we are going that route.
