Pool Question - What does this mean?

I have seen the term "zero-entry" many times..what does this indicate?

Does this mean that people not staying at the resort cannot get to it or that a child cannot wander into it :confused: or is this something totally different?

A zero entry pool, like the Poly's pool pictured below, is a pool that has a beach like entry to it. There is a spot that slopes down into the water with no steps to get into the pool.

VERY nice if you have small children or older adults to get in and out of the pool!
