DDR-Great way to start moving!!

Just got it today and boy is it addicting!! Alot of foot movement, jumping and I end up moving my arms to move!! I have be using it for almost 5 hours when I can keep my DS's off it!!
It even has a workout mode that shows you how many calories you have burned and keeps track of it for you. I have to wait until I get better before I can do thoses songs tho.

I like DDR too, but boy do I feel stupid. My kids laugh at me. They do so good and I look so silly flailing around. I can't seem to get my feet to do what my brain sees, lol!

i saw 1 on QVC or hsn that was a head to ead game - not just dancing===playing a game against somone---would love to find it!

Yes its Dance Dance Revolution. Mine works with Playstation 2. Never could do the regular video games but I am having fun with this!!

I have DDR Extreme 2. You can play solo, doubles (head to head). It has a work our mode but looked a little too fast for me right now.

I also "flail around but still have fun. I figure the flailing is exercising my top half of my body:thumbsup2

We played for 5 hours yesterday, Boy was I stiff this morning!! We are currently on hour 3 but I have given up for the night and took a much needed shower!!
