I bought both of them last week and I think they will be extremely useful in my weight loss journey.
I haven't had much time to read the book yet, but have tried some of the recipes (pita pizza, corn tortilla chips) and they're GREAT, looking forward to trying more of them!!

I've used quite a lot of the recipes, and they've for the most part been great!

What are your favorite ones?
I wasn't sure about the pita pizzas but they're great! I bought some whole wheat ones that are halves, so just use half of that and with the Healthy Choice pasta sauce, chopped veggies (mushrooms and peppers), chopped turkey breast and about 1/8 cup of reduced fat cheese it's only 118 calories. I had that for lunch today, along with a 6 oz. container of Lite 'n Fit yogurt (60 calories) so feel pretty good about that.
I'm looking forward to trying more of the recipes.

We really liked Champ's Chicken Quesadillas. Sometimes, I make the chicken seasoned like that by itself. Matt's Grilled Cheese Sandwich is really yummy and not greasy! Dari's Picante Chicken is really easy and good! I thought the Pecan Crusted Chicken was good, and so did my DS, but my DH, other DS and DD didn't like the texture. They're not so keen on nuts anyway.
