Home Depot Mickey Heads

I don't post very often, but i read the boards A LOT! I read all the time about all the great stuff you folks make out of the Home Depot Mickey head paint samples. I just wanted to ley everyone know that I went to Home Depot today and swiped my first Mickey heads! I got a whole stack, in different colors (lime green included, of course :thumbsup2 ). I felt like such a thief walking out! All the way to my car, I kept waiting for the store people to stop me and ask what the heck I was doing taking all those Mickey heads! :rolleyes1 I got in my car and drove off as fast as I could. :lmao:

But, I got 'em! Now, I have to figure out what I'm going to make with them...........

I know just how you feel! I did the same thing! ;) In fact, I felt so guilty it took my 3 trips back to that area (on the same trip) to get one of each color. :lmao: :lmao:

You have to wonder what they think about all the women who come in to check paint colors! ;)

LOL! I felt the same way - like a thief! I still have a huge stash of them because I took one of every color. They are really great additions to Disney pages. :thumbsup2

That's it! I will have to report all of you to the Mickey head Patrol! :lmao: The Home Depot Mickey Head Patrol Alert will be notified if any DIS Members are on the property! They will be able to spot you if you have more than 2 Mickey Chips in your hand at any given time!!!! :rotfl:

When I go to Home Depot to Swipe Mickey heads, I like to wear a certain coat with big deep pockets so it is easy to stuff my full hand in the pocket.

I also found out by accident if the card gets wet, the white back paper comes off real easy.

I'm heading to Home Depot before our trip in May to Disney. I'm picking up a few lime green heads and hanging them on my backpack. Apparantly thats one of the hints that your a dis'er.
