Pet Loop Question

I just booked our first trip to FW for October. When booking I told the CM that we were planning on bringing the dogs and asked if any sites on the pet loops were still available. I thought that if we can't book the pet loop then we need to make alternative arrangements for the dogs. The CM told me that the pet loop was only a request. :confused3 He told me not to worry and that I will have an appropriate spot.
Well, as a worry wart I can't stop thinking about it. So for the people that bring their furbabies, have you ever had a problem with this?

Never a problem--they can make additional pet loops as needed, so you'll be put in a pet loop.
