I tried for 3 days over on the collectibles board for an answer, the majority of the posts over there are about pins, so I never received any replies so I shall try here.

Does anyone know if this item is limited to the initial park opening come February 8th or will it still be sold afterwards. I want one really bad but don't want to jump on eBay and purchase one IF they will be around for awhile and the demand subsides. Anyone know what actual retail is on this piece? How do people get ahold of so many to sell on eBay in advance anyway?

My suggestion would be to call Disneyland at 714-781-4560 and ask for Delivears! If the snowglobe exists anywhere in any of the parks or shops in Downtown Disney, they should be able to ship one right out to you! And not at inflated E-Bay prices!

If this item is already on Ebay then it is not an opening day only item. DCA has been open for preview days since Jan 6th. Could you decribe the globe that you are looking for?

I did respond to your question. The sellers on the auction sites are not indicating that the snowglobe is a limited edition which suggests that it should be available for a few months, at least.
