Looking forward to the group meeting at the Pop Resort on Friday.

Hi. We are at the Coronado till the 10th. We are very displeased with this resort, the staff leaves a lot to be desired. We have stayed at Boardwalk and Yauht Club and had flawless vacations, this one has been a nightmare.

Last night we had the ultimate dining insult. We give the waiter our Disney Dining card to pay for dinner and he comes back about 15 minutes later and proudly announces "there are no more meals on this card do you have any other way to pay for your meals. Well after killing and eating two managers I finally got it straightened out. The delightful staff didn't load the dining option on my cards.

When we first checked in my wife's key didn't work in the door and we called the desk. They said they would cut one right away and we could pick it up at the desk. Well we changed and went back to the desk to get the key and of course it was not only not there ready but they acted like we hadn't even called. We waited another 30 min to get the new key.

Then our toilet continues to run when flushed. We called the desk yesterday on that and it has yet to be repaired.

Anyway we are going to have a wonderful time at the race.
