Lime green mickey cut out?? Will this help me meet Dis Members??

I was just wondering if I put up some lime green ears at my campsite when I am there in Feb and July 07~ I am so new to this board but think it would be so awesome to meet a few new people??? Has anyone done this before???

I've been doing the LGMHs for the past 2 trips. Earrings, iron-ons, zipper pulls, bandanas. Never a nibble. I finally got one woman to say something about it on my last day there, on my way back to my resort to catch ME to the airport. She asked what it was, and said she'd seen a couple of them before. Unfortunately, she wasn't a DISer, but she was an AllEarsNet-er, and very nice.

We are working on saving for our next Rv(we miss ours!) so for now we are DVCing it at resorts but I say DO IT!

I put a dry erase board with my LGMH and username on our door and have had many messages left on it from other DISers. Have even met up with some of them! You never know until you advertise! Even if you don't meet any Disers there you'll surely meet several people who want to know what the LGMH is about.
