So there is a "college" or "tech" school that offers travel and tourism but i can't seem to find the name of the school on the web. Does anyone have information about it? Do they have dorms or student living? has anyone lived/rented in vegas, where is a decent studio/1bedroom apartment that is reasonably priced and close to the school? (if there is such a thing)

I dont know about travel and tourism, but I know UNLV has a wonderful hospitality program!! They, of course, have dorms at the school and I am sure apartments around the area! Im jealous, I graduated with a travel and tourism degree from my university, but I would have loved it to have been from Las Vegas. If you decide to go there, have a great time! Also, if hospitality is what you are interested in, check out the Venetian resort. They have summer internship positions open and I believe they train you there for positions within the resort. I think with the program, you also get housing at UNLV!

I loved the hospitality side of my major and had always heard about the program in Las Vegas. I mean, if your into hospitality, what better place to go than Las Vegas? :) I also watched a video about the Venetian and fell in love with the resort!
Heres the link to the hospitality programs offered. It looks like so much fun!
