I'm getting back into my walking program and would love to hear some suggestions for thin, lightweight socks to wear while walking. I'll also mention that I have a small foot, but I am plus-sized, so I have to be careful that the elastic is not too tight. I'll also be using the socks for my WDW trip on Jan. 20, so I'd appreciate any suggestions. I'm not concerned about price, as long as they are comfy. Thanks!

i found some decent wicking socks - Addidas brand at Foot locker. two pairs for $11. my FAVORITEST pair came from a running store and was $10 a pair. just for reference. they keep me feet dry under ANY and ALL circumstances.

look for 'wicking' socks that wick the wetness away from your feet, feel inside the sock, they should be soft and comfy :)

If you have a running store that you can get to, they will be quite helpful to see that you get the sock you are looking to have. Our stores here will even order for me.

As already said, go with the wicking style for sure. After that, if thin is your choice that is the style I see most now.

Let us know what you got and how you like them.
