Anyone going in February?

We have 42 more days and are way tooo excited :yay: :yay: :yay:

We're trying to decide what to pack - clothing wise.. We thought capris and shorts with long sleeve shirts and light jackets or sweaters for early mornings and evenings. Layers are probably the best way to go I think! Hopefully we'll have a few warm days for swimming!

We will be at Pop Century from Feb. 11 to Feb 22, 2007. We were there for the same dates in 2005 and 2006. You are right about the layering. We made use of the lockers in the parks and took sweaters and jackets for evening. We didn't swim but the pools were definitely in use.

We will be at Pop Century Feb 9th to 16th. :thumbsup2 Layers is the way to go in Feb. Last year was exceptionally cold but hopefully it will be better this year. I usually have capris, a tshirt and a light stretch hoodie for the day and take off the hoodie if it gets hot. We watch the weather channel for a week or two before we go to make sure that we have the clothes that will best match the weather but always bring a extra sweater just incase.

35 sleeps for us...we will be at POR February 6-15. First trip so I have no clue what to pack?

We will be there end of Feb for 9 days. Funny you never know the weather but ....
you can always wash your outfits at night if you have a washer/dryer in your suite. We think to pack two warm weather outfits and one cold outfit. Have to have a light jacket.
If it was January, a hat, mitts and layers are a good idea.
Our boys wear zip off pants which convert to shorts. We either use a locker to store morning warmer clothes in or tuck them in the bottom of the strolller.

If you are like me you have already started packing! We went last Feb 3rd - 9th and I have to tell you that I watched the weather up until the day before we left and ended up taking all of our shorts out of the suitcase and throw inb lots of fleece. The days we mid 60's and we had one day that hit low 70's but it was the nights that killed us! It was cold enough to need a winter coat and gloves! Keep an eye on the weather and if they are showing cool nights, pack for it because it is pretty chilly sitting and watching Fantasmic at 8pm in 45 degree weather!

Last year we were there feb 2 - 11 - some cool mornings and a couple of nights when we wished we brought gloves. Definitely bringing down a few pairs this year - we'll throw them in the back pack just in case. We're only going down a week later this year so I don't think it will make too much difference weather wise. The one great thing about the cool weather though - no crowds! We practically walked through the parks last year! I don't have much patience for humid weather so that suited me just fine. And even if it is cool down there - it sure will be a whole lot warmer than it will be up here!

We'll be there Feb. 1st to Feb 8th. Myself, DW and DD (10 mo). I got some LGMH from Home Depot and might put some on our bags/stroller and maybe even a nametag for my DD.

February 17th - 22nd for just DH and me - first two nights at POP then rest of time at Saratoga Springs - Daytona 500 on the 18th, then quality time at WDW, my favourite place - can't wait!!!
