Hello, this is KOA and i was wondering if anyone here had some wonderful workouts to keep my muscles tone and something to tone my abs. Since it's winter here and we don't have a gym. And i need to lose some weight too. If anyone has some good workouts that require minimal equipment. I only have two 25 pound dumbells,an exercise ball, and one of those chord things.
Thanks greatly,

Target, and your local library have dvd/videos for help - I'm working on the Prevention.com website, they have exercises there - I've googled exercise ball and found some good exercises - laying on your back on the ball, doing sit ups, laying sideways on the ball and sitting up... and the hard one for me, crawl face down on the ball till its on your calves, and do push ups...
I have some exercises for the tone cord thingy, but I always forget other than stepping on it and bringing it up and down...
Good luck... I have the stuff, not the motivation to use them!! Hopefully this will change, slowly... but surely!!

If you have On Demand, they have a *lot* of different work out programs for free!
There really is no such thing as "toning" your muscles, but you are probably referring to increased definition which is a result of lowering your overall bodyfat. The key to that is diet.
Its really hard to give someone exercise advice without knowing more information. Like age, height/weight, current activity level, etc. If you are comfortable giving that info, you will get better advice.
