Hi,

I have not been to Disneyland since 2002, so I decide it is time to make a trip there this fall sometime. I am wondering how the crowds and weather is in the month of Sept. and Oct.? Also what all has been added since then to the parks? I heard the Finding Nemo ride is coming in June and I am really looking forward to seeing that one!

Thanks in advance!

We have been the end of Sept, the beginning of Oct and the end of Oct. We found the crowds very resonable during the week at all three times. We try to avoid being there over the weekend at all. This year we went end of Sept, and the HM holiday install wasn't open till our last day, and it is ds's favorite, so that was a bit of a let down. All three times we have found the weather great, but we live in central Alberta, so it is always warmer in DL. We found the nights really cold at the end of Oct. HTH!!

Disney started a Haloween treat in 2006, which brings more crowds... but the mickey's no-so-scary treat looked fun... lots and lots of candy.

We went for the first time this year in late September. The daytime weather was great as far as I was concerned, only one day pushing toward 90; otherwise I think was in the upper 70s to mid 80s. The evening temps were good as well, cooler but still warm enough that the boys wore sweatshirts and shorts, DH and I wore t-shirts and shorts. But a little chilly for swimming for me (in the evenings), which the boys insisted on. DH took them to the pool at night, which they loved, but they were out only half an hour or so before returning and taking a nice hot shower. ;)

We went mid Oct., and it was great. Not to crowded, the weather was VERY warm, 80s and 90s, and we also went to Mickeys Halloween Treat. That was crazy fun......... My kids loved it.
