newbie renting points question

My question is I am renting points from a member here at disboards and though I am sure she is honorable I am feeling the last minute anxiousness. When do the reservations leave DVC and go to SSR? I think I read somewhere about how I could call SSR like a day or 2 before and check reservations. Is this true? I want to also make sure they have that I would like a crib. The resort will have the reservation a few days prior to arrival.

All DVC rooms will have a pack-n-play crib in the closet - so you shouldn't need to worry about that. If you'll need a more formal crib, they can be rented thru offsite businesses.

There will also be a highchair in the closet.
