questions about stuff at the park

ok. me, my husband, and our friend are trying to go to disneyland & dca on jan. 3rd (and if i have my way the 4th too). i know it'll be a little crowded, but i had some questions about stuff there....

1) are they still selling the jack skellington mickey ears?

2) will they still have the zero dog bowls at the french market (i think)?

3) will it still be snowing after the fireworks?

4) where can i get a pic with one of the penguins?

5) can you still talk to stitch inside innoventions?

anything else i should know? oh, and this'll be our friend's first trip to DL & DCA since before DCA opened....

we had a trip planned for around new year's, but that fell through no thanks to hubby's parents..... :sad1:

i havent seen any Jack skellington mickey hats to be honest. You might try luck at mad hatter or something.

I never seen a peinguin with Mary Poppin at all. in fact, i never seen a penguin ever at Disneyland.

but thats just me.

The gray and black striped ears are the Jack Skellington ones. I see them on people all the time. And, 95% of the times I've seen Mary, she's had a penguin near her.

Yes, the penguin is usually with Mary Poppins. They like to hang out near the piano player on Main Street.

The Jack Skellington ears were available in a couple of places in DCA - I saw a bunch of them with other Jack stuff at the store on the boardwalk near the Sun Wheel. :thumbsup2

Yep yep. You should be able to buy those at either Mad Hatter location as well as the Nightmare store in the French Quarter.

I usually see two penguins at the main gates in the morning at around 10-ish. They hang out with the usual parade of characters in the morning. I've seen Mary and a single penguin at the Plaza Pavilion Carts on Main Street (where the pins are sold) in the evening, either just before or after the PM parade.

I don't know if this is their usual schedule, of course. But if you find them, make sure to include her very cool parrot-headed umbrella in your pics. I'm lusting in my heart for that accessory! :)
